Mayoralties: Is ruled by a mayor
Territories: Is directly ruled by the national government
The government is layered like this:
- Grand duke
- 1st minister (Duke or duchess, if this charge is not occupied by anyone, elections will be convoked)
- Ministeries
- Parliament (STV elections system, Can revoke or aprove a law proposal)
- Consultative council (They can change or revoke a law proposal)
